Good Planning

One of the great things about living in the county is how transparent the Montgomery County Planning Board is.  If you do a little bit of research, you can find out about upcoming development projects, revitalizations, and overall big picture gentrifications.  I must admit, whenever I see one of those development application signs up, I sneak onto their site to take a peek at the development.  It's not geeky, it's being an informed resident! =)

Today from 10am - 1pm, the Montgomery Planning Board is hosting a Planning Smarter Open House at the headquarters building.

 Some listed activities include:

• see the latest cool projects approved by the Planning Board
• Interact one-on-one with planners
• Bring the kids for our build-a-box-city activity
