H-Mart coming to Rockshire "Mall"

Word on the street - (namely my mom), is that H-Mart is moving into the old Giant space in Rockshire. I have mixed feelings about this.  Granted, there is a large Asian population in the area, I'm not sure if H-Mart is the right fit for the space.  I envisioned a little organic mart such as Trader Joe's or Mom's Organics there.  I think this would better serve the area...just a thought.

1/13/13 Update: Upon further investigation (aka asked one of the Rockshire tenants), it seems that my announcement of HMart going into Rockshire was a bit premature.  Looks like there previously was a sign on the vacant space as early as July 2012 that HMart was "Coming Soon".  However I just went to Rockshire today and there was no Coming Soon sign.  I asked one the tenants and although she would LOVE for HMart to come in, she heard there was a problem in lease negotiations.  TIME WILL TELL!  Considering this is one of my most popular posts, I will certainly report anything that I hear.
