As I mentioned in a previous post, a beautiful single family home is on the market in my neighborhood. After a couple months and matched price reductions, the home is newly staged and more reasonably priced at $835,000.
(Personal note: When I was 8 years old, I gave myself 7 stiches on my cheek jumping off of from that fireplace step!)
There is a lot of opportunity to put your own style into this house. I would classify it as "a clean slate". The bare bones are there, it just needs to be converted into...a home.
